The Phenix TL-2 Miller 1884 - 64 Cone corrugated fire helmet is an NFPA compliant traditional leather fire helmet. This beautiful handcrafted masterpiece pays tribute to the firefighters of yesterday while incorporating the safety and comfort of today. Weighing about 55 ounces, it’s one of the lightest and most durable helmets on the market. It’s a handmade masterpiece built in the USA that boasts a low center of gravity and is center balanced, thus promoting a very low degree of neck fatigue.  Our traditional leather models interface with any SCBA mask.

All our stock helmets meet NFPA current requirements and include: leather shell with inner thermoplastic dome, impact cap, comfort pad on all suspension liners,  black Nomex combination chinstrap (postman slide / quick release), 8" black detachable earflap, NFPA goggle with long strap, American made custom "Rising Phenix" finial, reflective lime-yellow tetrahedrons and D-ring on the back brim.

All returns require prior authorization, no returns or exchanges after ten (10) days from receipt. Original shipping charges and processing fees are nonrefundable, customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned and warranty items.
